Loan file information

In the course of processing a loan on behalf of a mortgage broker, we receive and handle non-public personal information (NPI) about borrowers, including but not limited to: name, Social Security number, address, employment, income, assets, credit history, and other financial details. This information is governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and is handled accordingly.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website we may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and approximate location for analytics and security purposes.
