Level Up is currently licensed and actively processing files in Texas and Arkansas. We onboard new states on demand when broker partners need them. If you operate in another state, contact us to confirm timeline for your market.
We process Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, DSCR, and Jumbo loans. We specialize in complex Non-QM and DSCR files that other processors turn away.
We work natively in Arive. If you are already on Arive the transition is seamless with zero new software to learn. On a different LOS? Contact us and we will coordinate a workflow that fits.

No. Level Up is a broker-only contract processing service. Brokers bring their existing lender approvals and we process the files. Nothing changes about which lenders the broker works with.
